i went out with katie and her friends tonight to five dollar martinis and appetizers
and surprised myself by having fun
even if one of her friends was excited to be compared to paris hilton
not by me of course, i would never be that rude
we had a good game of marry, kill, screw

katie and i are driving to atlanta for the weekend tomorrow and i hope that its fun
it very well could be

who knows

crazy story
so we are surprising our uncle for his birthday, and there is supposed to be pre dinner drinks at their friends house where all the surprise guests will be arriving
however
the man of the house of the friends was
preparing their home for the party by mowing the lawn with his push mower
he was pushing it up a hill and it fell back onto him and he was severely injured in a number of places by the blade including his spine
can you believe that
that's horrible
i don't even know the man and i've said a prayer for him
they are not sure how extensive the damage is but he was in surgery for about eight hours

that's some crazy shit

the party is still on, just obviously not at their house anymore.
