week 4

So my family is doing a weight loss challenge each of us put in 50 bucks and winner takes all. 200 dollars :) I'm starting my 4th week of working out i have been on and off eating healthy. I need to start counting calories so i can not over eat. I hope this time i can get down to my goal weight.

Eat nothing but fruit, vegetables and whole grains and you'll lose weight like nobody's business! And you won't need to restrict calories! And it's really good for your body in general! That means no oils though too. Either way, let's hang out soon. We can take Rocky on long walk.
