LOVE my boyfriend
So for the past few days I have been dying. I guess it started during my Sigma meeting on Wednesday. My throat was kinda scratchy. Then Thursday I was really drained. By Friday I was dying. I layed around the apartment Friday, Saturday and Sunday, watching movie after movie (good thing I still had Blockbuster rentals and Eitan works at Hollywood Video). Eitan came up and tried to make me better, but I was still so sick and I felt like I kept getting worse.
Yesterday is snowed. I woke up around 6:30am and sat in the living room. I was too drained to clear the snow off my car to get to the doctor so I just sat there. Finally the BEST ROOMMATE IN THE WORLD woke up and cleared off her car and took me to Mahwah Medical. She sat and waited for like 40 minutes until the doctor called me in. Turns out I have an upper respitory tract infection. He gave me adult antibiotics and I was very happy.
Sidenote: Usually I go to my pediatrian. When I am sick, he gives me "kid" antibiotics, which means 3 pills a day for 10 days (30 pills). However, the good doctor at Mahwah Medical gave me "adult" antibiotics, which means 3 pills, 1 a day for 3 days. This is what my mommy gets so I've always been very jealous of her.
So I couldn't go to Party 1 for Recruitment last night because I was still so sick. I was very upset about it. But today I feel MUCH better, and now I'm super-psyched for recruitment tonight!!!
And I love my boyfriend very, VERY much because he sent me Get-Well flowers and a balloon!! Eitan told 1-800-Flowers I live in International D. However, the delivery man brought them to G. It's a good thing Sigmas live there!!
