i am working on a fund raising project for an ngo in africa. i was thinking of a used book sale... i don't know. any ideas?
right now i am procrastinating writing my proposal for an independent study next semester. it's really already in the bag as the prof. is an old punk and shares the same passion for organized labor....but i want it to sound perfect.
yesterday i had the most amazing self esteem boost. we had to write these essays for our portfolio which are basically "tell us why you are who you are" and amidst all the other papers with severe red marks all over them was mine with no revisions and a little note complimenting my writing ability and that the scd faculty was expecting great things from me........awww. i love them all so much i almost never want to leave. on a hilarious note i'd like to add that one girl put in her essay and i quote "playing dungeons and dragons has greatly enhanced my interpersonal communication skills"
my roomates are having really loud gross sex right now that shakes my wall and makes my record player skip.ew.
sometimes i worry that the things i've planned are all based on my own personal delusions...but i guess there's a fine line between interpretation and delusion.
now i suppose i should really make the flyer 'cause it should have been done weeks ago.
