so after not having a computer for about three months, i finally splurged and bought a brand new macbook! amanda and i are very excited about my having my own computer. it was a little more than i wanted to spend but i think it'll be worth the investment. my mom actually convinced me to get the more expensive model of what i was looking at...but with the payment plan i think i should only have to pay about $60 a month, for the next...year and a half? oh. also, my car is almost totally paid off! i only have three more payments to make to my dad and then the car is mine all mine. as much as i hate spending money, i like paying bills and writing checks because it makes me feel like i'm accomplishing something. does that sound crazy?
anyway. i've used macs in school, and i use them at work, but i don't really know much about them other than the basics. so, if anyone has any secret tips for me, they are always appreciated. even if you want to come over and give me a lesson, that would be pretty cool.
