What a Good Day
Hey all - I had a great day at work today. I balanced my cash, I got a $5 bonus for answering a simple question during our weekly branch meeting - the bonus came in the form of a Starbucks Card - and I got an offer to be moved up from being a casual employee to a full time employee. A full time employee with benefits, options for profit share (stocks), longer hours (7.5, instead of my current 6.0) and all that jazz. And what new things would I be responsible for? Nothing. Nada. Sweet deal. Of course I said yes, that I'm interested, and they'll get back to me on when it will start - likely sometime in July.
I also saw this Batman-related article online, which was great. My favourite line was this:
That's right: BatKeaton invented a gadget whose only purpose is to hit you in the balls.
Good times. Now to talk to Ms. Katbeast, wherever she may be... :)
