Great job on not purging! I know how hard it is not to, and you should really give yourself a giant pat on the back for stoping yourself from doing it. It's a step in the right direction, and that is what really matters. What also matters is you're trying. That's really great and I'm really happy for you! : D
Also, getting your nutrition back in order is really important and it sounds like you're doing a great job with it! Soon enough, you'll be able to stop excersing so much. I did it, and gained back the weight I needed to be healthy. Take your time with gaining back weight and find a weight that you're happy with but also healthy. You'll feel a ton better once you do, trust me. Also, I know this is SUPER hard, but try not to look at the scale. I didn't look at it for a week, and actually felt happy about my body, even though I secretly knew how much I was eating and that I was gaining weight.
Plus, it sounds like you have alot on your shoulders. Don't worry too much about your kids. Later on in life and now, they will be happy with whatever desicion you make to keep you healthy and happy.
Stay strong and keep up the GREAT work. : ]
