howie gave me an early anniversary gift yesterday... i-roast2
i've been roasting coffee at home for about 8 years now using a hot air popcorn maker - which worked quite well, but has been starting to wear out and not roast as well as it used to. i made a comment about that a few months ago, and howie picked up on it (something he's actually very good at) and ordered the i-roast.
i tried it out last night, and the i-roast produces a spectacular roast... very even and easy to monitor/control the roast.
