Suggestions Needed

Without going into a whole lot of dramatic details, does anyone have a remedy for getting a piping hot black coffee stain out of a brand new un-protected, non-stainmaster carpet? We've already scrubbed with oxi-clean and a carpet cleaning machine. I've used up all the elbow grease I have on hand.
