Oy there people! I know, I'm a lazy bastard, but here I am now, so Pow! Surprisingly enough, many good things have been happening as of late. For the past couple of weekends, I've been working out at Trail of Terror, mainly because I really need a job hardcore. While I was putting in numerous applications at places in the Mall of America, I ran into Dan at Air Traffic who works out at fest. I told him about my mad job hunt and he told me I should come out to Trail. So the first night I went out there, they put me on as Freddy Krueger. I've been getting many comments lately of how good of a Freddy I've made, so points for me! I've been working with the other guy who plays Freddy as well, but he's been kinda getting on my nerves though. But last night was my last night out there, and I don't have to deal with him anymore. I made some pretty good money out there too. Sweet!
Rocky's been going pretty great as well. We had two Halloween shows this weekend already, and our third and final Halloween show is tonight. I performed last Friday and also helped with the past couple preshows. I didn't perform on stage last Saturday, but I was a widely used stage prop which was great fun. I was kind of hoping to go to trail for a little bit tonight before rocky as a patron, but I had no luck with finding a victim to come join me. Well, I have rocky to look forward to anyway, so this should be a decent Halloween for me.
As far as my job hunt goes, I had an interview last Wednesday, and I start this Wednesday at Games by James. The guy who runs Games by James at Mall of America also runs the one at Southdale Mall. So I'm pretty much working between the two since I actually live exactly between both. I'm training at the one in Southdale this Wednesday. I actually got a call today for another interview this Thursday to work for the holidays at Air Traffic in the Mall of America. So maybe I'll be working a couple of jobs during holiday break to make some money.
So things have actually been turning out quite well for me at the moment. I need to get ready for class soon so I better get on with a quote and whatnot. So remember, there are nights when the wolves are silent and only the moon howls. I know there are a lot of crazy and frightening videos I could show you, but Stephen Lynch just came out with a new album and it rocks! So here's a number from his new amazing CD.
Happy Halloween!
