Hello friendly peoples. This is me coming to you Live from my Studio Apartment. I just got moved in this past week, and I just got internet connection a couple days ago. So as of right now, it's just me and my ferrets living here. This past weekend was the first weekend of fest, which was quite nice. My new character is working out very well. It was also really nice to meet up with puppet troupe type people again. There are some new puppeteers as well. One guy I'm not really sure about, I already gave up on him. I mean, his first day, and he hardly shows up for any of the shifts. Not a good first appearance, that's for sure. Then the next day, he starts talking about all the things he could be doing in the time he's just 'watching the puppets'. Well, you don't just have to stand there and watch them. You could be entertaining close by and make sure the puppet isn't on it's back. Then of course, later that day, he starts apologizing nonstop to everyone and
theseamster , saying, "I didn't know what I was thinking earlier," and crap like that. Whatever. He has his own thing I guess. I won't be mentioning names.
There is also a new stage act out there which is rather entertaining. They're called Two Children Left Behind and they perform at the Treetop Stage. It's good stuff, so go check them out! They have a blast doing it. The only thing that was unfortunate for me this weekend(which was actually no big deal at all) was losing a few of my bells, which I need to go shopping for sometime. But if anyone knows any craft stores or something of the sort around here, you should hook me up with a name.
Well I'll be signing off now. I have a few errands to run yet today. I'll be visiting the college tomorrow for a so-called 'kick off day'. We'll see how that turns out. I might even head out to the site tomorrow night sometime. I really need to start meeting people. I know a select number of people around here, those consisting of fest and rocky, that's about it. I'll leave you off on short Shakespearean quote, so here it goes. Action is eloquence. Here's your clip. I enjoy the music at the end of this one as well.
