Deux Ex Machina

Well here we are again. Let's get back behind the wheel.

I suppose I have no excuse for not updating at this point. Why? Because I'm still on my break between semesters. I finally start my spring semester this coming Monday. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna enjoy this semester more because I'm taking either fine arts courses or my rockin' sign language class. I'll be taking Physics for the Fine Arts (that also includes lab credit), Skills of Music Theatre, Intro to Asian and Asian-American Theatre, and American Sign Language II. Should be good stuff.

I am employed at this point. I'm currently working at a Subway. It may be fast food, but it's Not a grocery store, and it's money. It's a ridiculously easy job coming from my background in the food business. But I figured I'm gonna work this like I did in high school. I'll work a fast food place during the school year, and work that plus a nice restaurant during the summer. Unless I find a musical I'm strongly interested in doing this coming summer, I'll probably just try to rake in a good amount of work hours this year.

I've started this crazy reading habit as of late. I do like to read once in a while, but I've been reading novels back to back for the passed month or so. I started by reading these Chuck Palahniuk novels my brother had given me at some point. So I read Choke, Lullaby, and Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk. Then I read Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel. I just finished that recently and have just started reading Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk. I picked that up at a Barnes and Noble a few days back. I also have a lot of other books on my list to read. So I'll probably be building a wicked bookshelf collection this coming year.

That's all for now. So until next time, the best way to prepare for life is to begin to live. I'm gonna go read, I recommend you do the same.
