I recently got a chance to climb a rung up the ladder at work. I still wash dishes occasionally, but I just started also doing bread shifts. Bread shifts are for making bread, casserole, mac and cheese, salad dressing, gravy, collard greens, and other random odds and ends. It's fun, challenging work, and it's helping me learn my way around a kitchen.

It also happens to last from around 3 to around 9pm (later if you're a slow learner like me,) which is the prime time for getting anything accomplished that involves places of business, loud noises in residential zones, and doing things with people with day jobs. Those last two have been hitting me especially hard since I just started a new band with Ryan. We're playing our first show in two weeks and have a lot of practicing left to do. We are called Grape Soda, and you can hear a few songs by clicking this clause.

I voted early a couple weeks ago. I wasn't too conflicted on whether or not to vote, though I did make some promises to myself before letting me pull the lever, which in this case was a touchscreen, which makes me a little suspicious.
I have Obama/Biden bumper sticker on my car that is coming off January 2nd at the latest. Whoever he may be, I want to be ready to scrutinize our next president's every action.
