My car battery is goneski to the big garage in the sky. I went downstairs last night to look for my gym shoes and noticed the back door wasn't closed properly - so the little light inside was on. I shut the door (smart Nat) and took my shoes upstairs

I went on a few trips with at least ONE person in the car, so that he/she would push the car if the need arise hi hi hi. I have gone to some events, parked the car and let it run. If i had switch off the car, then it would have been too embarrassing to push start it, considering all the women around. ahum! That is another good reason to have 2 keys to your car. One to let it run...and the other to lock it whilst you going to a fare and drink with friends!
Anyway, i went to the shop and FINALLLY bought a battery. I bought a bigger one (i had a 35 AH, and i bought a 60AH) which is suppose to last longer. However, it was also bigger and didn;t fit really well in my car. Nevertheless, my friend and i "sqeezed" it in and it works fine.
No NRMA anywhere as you might guess, but that is island life for you:)

Argh ... your car problems sound much worse than mine!! I hope your battery will be okay - one of my friends let her boyfriend install hers, and he did it wrong ... one day in the parking lot there was a horrible smell (of sulpher) and she found out that he had not secured it properly ... and the battery acid had um eaten the battery! He is no longer allowed to touch her car ;)
I am really not fit - but getting there ;) I did promise you I would not get fat!
