Last time, on Timmy...:
HOLY FUCK, I'M GOING TO KILL SOMEONE. I'M GOING TO STORM INTO THE REGISTRAR AND RIPE OUT SOME THROATS UNTIL I GET RESULTS!
And now the conclusion:
Thankfully, I'm far calmer. After being well-fed by Candi last night, I spent this morning playing Everquest2. Her friend Kristin got her boyfriend Shawn to start playing. So naturally, Candi and I made new toons on the Antonia Bayle server where they're playing. And, of course, I'm triple-boxing. Some quests are harder to multi-task as such, but for the most part, I absolutely love the overkill of, well, killing things. I rolled a shadowknight, inquisitor, and a warlock. I thought more POW than my previous team. Honestly, maybe it's my lack of gear, but I feel weaker. It was pretty damned hard for my Paladin and warden to get killed. I added the wizard to that team for shear DPS in long battles. But my SK/INQ/LOCK team, man, I've been getting killed a lot. Don't care if they're squishy, wardens are the best healers. Gotta love your druids.
Of course, I enjoy pulling way more things than I should. I'm a baaad boy.
Aside from a glass of milk, I think I skipped breakfast and lunch. Why are such bad habits so relaxing?
Anyway. I went to the registrar and approached it from a friendly, reasonable perspective. As luck would have it, they took it. I will pass differential equations this summer, so I should get my second degree this summer.
As far as Montclair goes, I believe they're pending my, you guessed it, diploma. I did some poking around their site, and I tried logging in as a student. Given that it reads me as having 127 transfer credits, I think I'm in their system. I'll call on Wednesday to see what exactly is going on, since they haven't sent me anything in the mail.
And as far as differential equations goes, man, what a difference a teacher makes. This guy is a bit more of a hard-ass, but he DOES PROBLEMS ON THE BOARD. I need big-picture concepts. I'll figure out the details of implementation later.
I had something I was going to add to the list of things I "did" this summer. OH. Heh. Candi and I watched Airplane! on Saturday. What amused me the most was how many jokes kids probably wouldn't get. The movie sets the gold standard for double entendrés. I LOVE IT.
I'll go review a bit. I need to get some bananas on my way home. Game Six tonight. Screw the gym, the Devils have a chance at making history.
