Dragon Half
I've been reading the manga "Dragon Half" online. It's pretty good, and much longer than the anime. I'd actually consider buying it if it were available in print in English. Having said that, I kinda want to sit Mink down and have this conversation with her.
Me: OK, so let me get this straight: you're an exceptionally competent and very attractive young woman who has managed to fall for the one guy who is least able to appreciate you as you are, and now you want to completely re-make yourself into the kind of girl you think he would like you to be if he even had a clue you liked him, and you think your problem is you're not enough like a normal human teenage girl?
Mink: What's your point?
Me: Never mind.
Yeah, it wouldn't solve anything, but I'd like to say it to her anyway. Maybe as Evangeline or something at a larp. She would and could get away with it.
Still a fun manga, though. Kinda wish they had a video game based upon it, even though Pia and Rufa are nearly useless.
