The Kingdom
Just imagine, heaven. I talked some what about this in one of my earlier journal entries. What ever we imagine, what ever gives us joy now, things we have always want will never measure up to what is in store. It is something so grand that it exceeds mans capability and power. Just look around at the creations on earth. Have you ever seen perfect snow, unblemished as it coats the ground like a blanket or walked on an unspoiled beach, with crystal clear water and a distorted beam of light cutting through the water with out a cloud in sight? Have you been to Holland in the spring right as tens of thousands of tulips emerge for the first time, from a life long sleep, or been in a city of trees, with great oaks towering over and strands of light searching through the branches for the bear earth?All of these fall short of what is in store, we can't even imagine. To one day be in the presence of the creator of the universe, is mind blowing, what will we say, how will we measure or will we be in tears at his beauty as we finally see his unconditional love and mercy? Like in the song, " I can on imagine."
