Summary: It was just an accident, Heechul knew that, but it was Ryeowook, which made it that much worse.
Screams erupted at the scene. Ryeowook had accidently tripped and Yesung, who was closest, caught him by pure reflex. Not that he would be happy to see his ex hurt. It was just that, he hadn't been expecting to be the one who would save him. Not to mention, the deafening screams from the fan were not helping. He wasn't with Ryeowook anymore, so fan service wasn't something they did anymore, but that was what the fans saw it as.
As Kyuhyun rushed over to his boyfriend, an older man across the stage unconsciously dug his fingers into his palms, which were sure to leave marks. Perhaps even draw blood from how hard he was piercing his skin for the thought of Ryeowook and Yesung together. Yes, he knew it was an accident, but couldn't the eternal maknae have tripped by someone else?
Not noticing the concerned and piercing eyes of his leader, Heechul forced himself to look happy, not bothered, and beginning with the performance.
"S-sorry Yesung," Wookie apologized quickly before scampering off to get into place while Kyuhyun simply burned holes in his hyung. Yesung could feel the unwavering glare and started to calculate the chances of getting away from the snarky male alive, which wasn't too high seeing as he stood next to him through most of the dances. Made it seem like the company, songwriters and choreographers really shipped Kyusung. But still on went the show, whether Yesung wanted it to or not.
*** After the performance***
"Good job everyone!" one of the managers praised them. "Now get changed and on go home. We need you in tip top shape for tomorrow's schedules." Their managers were harsh people.
"Yesung!" Heechul hugged his boyfriend lovingly.
"Hey Heechul, you looked amazing out there," the singer complimented as he returned the embrace.
"You were amazing," was said back, making sure to make a point through the word 'were'. Really, everyone should have been able to see how the male shown. Not literally of course. But then of course, the moment had to be ruined by one of the managers saying that Heechul had a last minute thing to do.
"Gotta go now. Love you." Claiming a kiss on his boyfriend's cheek , Yesung's hyung sped away. He just had to give himself a small reminder that it was him who was together with the singer, not Ryeowook.
Dazed, Yesung stumbled away after the other, not aware of how insecure he was making Heechul.

For the record, no I did not forget Yesung's birthday. I just can't find the poem I wrote for his birthday D':
I might rewrite it (if I can remember it T_T ) then link it (maybe)
Oh and am I only one of few who notices that Yesung and Kyuhyun tend to sing after each other and dance next to each other? O_o
And hey! The chapter is longer than what it original was ^-^ Aren't you all proud of me? (And if your not then I'm going to go cry in the corner T_T )
