A real update
Where to begin...
I suppose, I shall start at the beginning, and finish at with the end!
This summer really flew by, it was shocking really...especially since I wasn't quite expecting it, but that's how things go. Since I've come home for the summer, it's basically been one non stop work-fest. Monday through Friday 7-5 I've been working. Of course on occasion I got an odd day off because of rain, but other than that...work work work. So that leaves me with weekends for the most part. Most of those I spent with mandy, since during the last four months myself and chaps hadn't spoken, because of girls (go figure). Every once in a while I got to hang out with Skel, my other best friend! Every day, actually, while I was in my six week work out phase. I would go to work, and go from work to the YMCA in Mt. Clemens from about 5-8, then we'd go get food (Skel/Neil/myself). Good times doing that, I lost a few pounds too! Only bad thing that happened was the first night there, when I got my membership, my wallet was stolen by someone. Later we found out that the Y actually allows ex-convicts to be at the Y under what they call 'supervision', which basically meant the chance for something to be stolen during that time of day went up about ten thousand percent! Oh well, I got everything back, minus two or three dollars (haha you stole three dollars you fucker! Was it worth it? Huh!? WAS IT!!!) so no big deal, heh. A while after that myself and mandy decided to go camping. After we scheduled it, we started not doing anything to get ready for it! Some time later, it was my birthday! It was also...mine and mandy's one year anniversary, wootage. Congratulations to us for having the longest relationship either of us has had...if that made sense to you did to me...so :P! For my birthday manda took me to BD's (a mongolian BBQ). If you've never been there I really suggest it, it's quite good...but go spicy or go home, k? K! For our anniversary, which we celebrated on Saturday I think? Anyways...we did that at Carrabba's, a nice little Italian restaurant in the same area as Carrabba's. I also suggest that! MMM MMM!!! Just for the record, I can eat more spaghetti than any of you :D! So yea, after that it was my momma's birthday. I bought her some perfume after a nice day of shoppin' with my baby. She had spent the night at her friends' house so we didn't go to the mall with me, but she met me there...and that was nice of her, because I DID MISS HER!! Hey...haha that was the same day we went to Carrabba's...lol, durr. So yea...strike that, reverse it! aaand ta da now we're more in a linear...line. From dinner for our anniversary, advance a week and we went camping! That whole week was pretty packed with preparations and stress, so it wasn't much fun...but the tripwas so enjoyable...yay. If that's what life is like bein married, I'm all for it I guess. The first night was so damn cold...holy hell it got down to 30 some degrees. And I sleep naked...so holy shit I was cold! haha. good thing Mandy was there :D She's warmer than the blanket, that's for sure. On Saturday Skel and Kyle came up and we had a lil party! They aren't fans of Ouzo...haha, bitches! I almost made everyone puke with that stuff :D Quite proud I am. After I used as much of the wood as I could on the fire to fend off darkness...we decided to go to the beach! Hours later (not really but it was a long time) we arrived there. Skel did a nose plant on the sand to christen the beach ours, and the party began. Various fun activities occured...including the more innocent (shooting stars) and the more devious (...didn't think I was gonna say, did ya?) so we went to bed. It was much warmer that night, thankfully. I think I'll call it quits right there, for part I anyways! Soooooooo see ya for part two for everything else!
