When someone is a complete and total bitch, but uses the word "please" insincerely* in written communication, leaving no 'paper trail' of their bitchiness, how is one to describe to a 3rd party the difficulties and communication problems suffered when dealing with that person?

*How do I know it's insincere? Because the tone of the remaining verbiage is extremely bitchy - no attempt at anything but condescension
