Well after about 3 days you'll have auditory hallucinations, then you'll start seeing things. After 5 days you'll microsleep. Like sleeping for a few minutes at a time while still awake. Then your brain shuts down, you go into a coma and die.

*he's pretty monotone reciting this, looking slightly past the camera. Then he gives a weak smile and looks back at the screen.*

But usually this stuff doesn't last that long.
