*Attention mansion: you have a rather creepy pest problem. Markus has discovered that there's ventilation shafts and if he crawls around in them he can spy on people from their ceiling vents. That strange, unsettling sensation of being watched while you're sleeping? It might actually have some merit if you're brave enough to look.
The communicator catches him sitting next to one such vent. The comm is on the floor of the shaft, pointed up at him so that all you get is his masked face along with his black shirt with orange sleeves. He's currently intently watching someone. Who could it be?*
((OOC: feel free to either talk to him on the comms or have your character react to him up in the vent watching them. Anyone is welcome! He'll be crawling all over the place and on every floor so anyone is fair game. Do know, however, that he's not crawling over bathrooms, and he's not going to stay and watch if your character is naked. He's creepy, not a perv.))
