There are no T-virus infected creatures in the city at this date. Of that I can assure you. You should be safe enough unless someone decides to try to rob you.

They seem to enjoy it if I get yours instead of my own.

I have not had pizza before. Sakura did before, and she seemed to enjoy it. I do not eat.

Yeah...I don't really have much except food and some of Sasuke's stuff, so once I Get that out of the backroom and fix what I can carry I'll try to get there.
