I had the same problem. I just could not get into it at all, despite Matt's Adorableness.

Pretty! But I completely agree with you, were it not for Matt Smith I would have stopped watching this pretty much right away. I didn't enjoy it at all (besides for Matt Smith) & it was the same for my sister also. So you're not alone. =) Lovely picspam though!
