Did everybody pay for their orders on time?
Because my friend just brought to my attention that somewhere on the website there's a rule that all orders are cancelled if not paid within 7 days. Their website is down atm (how unexpected!), so I cannot verify this, but if that's the case...
I ordered my meet&greet ticket in July and I paid for it in August - so does that mean it's cancelled and I paid for nothing? Well how was I supposed to know that if they aren't responding to emails, I sent them about a billion asking if I can pay later, they haven't responded, so I assumed they don't care! I mean, they aren't sending receipts. So they haven't sorted the money yet at all, and they have no idea who's already paid and who hasn't. Dammit I hate them, I am so stressed out right now, I feel powerless, I have no proof that I gave them money except for a little transaction line in my online banking profile and I just... GGRRRRRRRRRHHHHH!
My annoyance comes not only from a buyer perspective, but from a business student perspective as well. That is no fucking way to deal with customers. Yeh, I realize they don't care, because since they organize the conventions and get the best guests, fans would go no matter how crappy the conditions are. So obviously they can treat fans whatever way they want.
GO TO HELL, ROGUE EVENTS. GO TO HELL AND DIE.
