Because I haven't done this for my characters in forever, and because it seems to be going round right now...

Comment here with the names of your characters and I'll tell you what they think of you.

I play Gumshoe (aguyyoucantrust) and Pearls (nick_4_maya) as well, so if you want to ask what they think here as well you can. I will be putting this up in their journals, ( Read more... )

OH, I SO DO. Beware, the following will be highly incoherent and rambling. IT MAKES NO SENSE.

God, what isn't there to say about what Ten thinks of him? On the one hand, he's well aware - probably more than anyone else - of just how dangerous the Master is, to others and himself, and this fact is never going to leave him alone. Because of this, he tends to feel a bit responsible whenever the Master does something that results in other people getting hurt. On the other hand, the Master is really the last living link he's got, aside from the TARDIS, to his own kind, and he can't ignore that the Master probably knows more about him than anyone else. More than ever now, the fact that they were once extremely close friends keeps coming back to haunt him, and that's probably becoming one of the main reasons why Ten won't ever truly give up on trying to "save" the Master. "A Lost Cause" isn't really in his vocabulary when it comes to him.

Since the Master turned up on the comm and miraculously rose from the dead, things seem to have escalated in every way possible. Ten's found that he's actually enjoyed hanging out with the Master the few times they've done it (this includes the general silliness that happened post-fight in the epic thread) and while this more than disquiets the part of him that's used to fighting the Master in their little "game", to be honest? He's more than happy to ignore that part of him, because in some ways the relationship that they've got now is better than it's been for many many years. At the same time, he's doing his best to keep an eye on what the Master's doing, because to his internal shame, despite his protests to the contrary, there's a part of him that enjoys playing their little game as much as the Master does, more down to routine and familiarity than anything else.

After Valentines' developments and the fallout after that, he's been more than a little confused. He knows that it was most probably due to the virus that it happened, but at the same time, he can't deny that it could and would have most probably happened sooner or later anyway.

To use a now-cliched phrase, it's a case of Best Enemies, I think.

I would write more, but I'm being pulled off. Also, Ten-muse is making my brain hurt. XD
