Maybe rebuilding is the wrong word.... It's more like we're taking stock of everything we lost and giving ourselves a base to start from if we're needed again.

As I said, it's just in case we're needed. We've made sure to keep quiet and hidden away. It helps that they think we were destroyed and disbanded.
