You spend a lot of time in your basement. You are a man who enjoys his privacy, and uses every oppurtunity to exploit it. You may well be a genius, but you are socially inept, and you can't find a way to use your insight in a positive fashion. If you are ever thrust into the limelight, you find yourself in over your head, and would do well just to return home. You find it difficult to make aquaintences, but those you make you hold dearly. However solitary you are, you are a true and loyal friend.
You would be good paired with "The Protector," who could show you haow to get outside and have some fun.
The negative side of the Recluse is the Warlock. The Warlock becomes bitter in his isolation, and gains a resentment towards society. He often associates himself with the occult, and tries to use it to harm other people. He is the classic mad scientist.
A pop-culture Recluse/Warlock is Beast in Beauty and the Beast, who finds himself so ugly that he spares no expence distancing himself from society.
