a lot to update about *rubs hands together* let's get started!
it's been a while since any type of substantial update on this baby. my apologies, i know you all missed me so darn much.
umm so tuesday was our last day of classes. ya know, it really hasnt hit me yet. i still feel like i'll be going back there in a few days. and i will be, but not for classes. for graduation practice. GRADUATION. god, it still seems so far away. but it's in one week. holy crap.
wednesday was prom... which i really hope was AMAZING for everyone who went. instead of going to prom, six of us went to tavern on the green instead, which was SO MUCH FUN. except for the walking 50,000 blocks to get there. xD that part wasnt fun. but once we got there, it was totally worth it. the restaurant was gorgeous, the food was great, and the conversation was hilarious as usual. i love those girls. oh man guys, tavern has THE BEST cheesecake ever. *salivates* after dinner we went back to kelly's house, where half of our party immediately passed out lol, and the rest of us watched a movie. thursday morning we had a delicious breakfast at kelly's, and then just hung out for a while, which was really nice. oh, and i'll be posting pictures on my other journal sometime soon, today if i get the chance (i.e. depending on how long this entry ends up being lol).
this morning i had to work from 9:30-1, so that wasnt too bad and i made a little extra money.
i really think i have some kind of memory problem. 'cause like, ok, this morning i was in kind of a rush because i didnt want to be late for work, and then when i was on my way i couldnt remember if i had turned my straightener off and unplugged it. i really had no idea if i did or not. so then i was having major internal panic attacks that my house was going to like, burn down. that was seriously not fun. but i do this all the time. not freak out and stuff (ususally), but i just cant remember if i've done little things like that. 99 percent of the time i do, like a normal person, but i just cant remember doing it. i dunno. but i was seriously having visions of my house burning down, and it scared the shit out of me. when i came home and saw my house still standing i like, started praising god. oh and, in fact i DID turn off my straightener and unplug it. ok, now this paragraph has definitely gone on for far too long. xD
i have a hott date with liz tonight to see the da vinci code. not has hott as jen's date, granted, but pretty hott nonetheless. =)
i love being reunited with old friends. that being said, hi katie!!! i'm so glad you added my lj. =D
i miss my natalie.
