Snow Day kicked my ass.
Work was long...I thought I had to work 4-8, but I guess it was 4-9, instead. I got my paycheck ($96), but it vanished in an hour:
$6: Dinner for the family.
$2: Two Black Vanilla Cherry Cokes
$10: Gas
$25: Car Insurance
$40: Savings
Left with: $16.
Yeah. I get NOTHING.
But at least I have SOMETHING...
I think I should do what Elizabeth said, and find a better paying job.
Mimimum wage is getting me nowhere. I mean, I'm only gonna keep little money this week.
I'd like more. I'd like to make around 6.50....or 6.95 like my brother gets. Why does he get a dollar more an hour than I get?! And for less work! It makes me mad.
I gotta move up soon. I've been at Eudici's for about 2 months, and I can handle the work, and (mostly) the people, but I can't handle the miniscule pay!
I want to see what Kathleen's has...or maybe I should go into chain stores. idk.
