I'll Miss you Bandit!

My cat of sixteen years died today. I had to put her to sleep. :-( I woke up this morning and she was fighting to breath. She has been sick for the last few weeks but I just wasn't ready to sign the paper that said, yes please put my cat to sleep. She was a great cat and I will always remember her!

Oh honey! That is SO hard!! It's like losing a family member...but sometimes worse b/c cats can be more likeable than family. My thoughts are with you...especially since you had to do it yourself. She's comfortable now doll...

Yeah she was the best cat I have ever had...She would crawl into bed with me under the covers and sleep with me. Thanks for your kind words.

yeah I have the blanket I used to take her to the animal hospital in my bed with me...just for the transition....crazy girl that I am.
