walking along The Line.
I mentioned about going somewhere exciting, and so here is the place!

haha, okay lah. Not as exciting as some of you have guessed. no where outside of singapore lah. but still more exciting than other places in sg. I have been yearning to try The Line since ages, and so I decided to make a booking and gif my bro and I an early birthday treat to the place. haha. yea, a v early treat but I am just too bored being stuck at home with nowhere to go.
I have heard pretty good raves about The Line buffet and it is by far the buffet with the most variety of food in Sg. Yea, tis is pretty true as I was really too full to try all the food though I tink I did try 85% of the food there. haaa. but being a v dessert person, I wanted to try 100% of the desserts. to summarize, i feel that the variety is pretty good, quality of the food is not bad as well. I especially heart the sashimisss, rib-eye beef steak, char siew bun, durian cake, icecream. N I heard tt the wanton mee there is really good, as proclaimed by my bro and from the long Q. regretted not trying, but cannot lah, I am going to puke if i consume 1% more of food. And i forgot to eat the crabs. crap lah! how can i miss them. So what are the nots-nice? eh I dun like the oysters but they are supposedly wat people are here for. I guess I am just not an oyster person haaa. just smell too 'sea-ish' to me. but it's actualli good as this means tt they are really fresh. Overall, i will gif the place 3.75/5 ba. maybe cos i wasn't quite in a good mood yesterday as the weather is so blardy hot and i walked so far to the place and i was so sweaty by then, making my rashes worse. why am i plagued with all these germs, infections blah blah recently! i already went to the doc for 3 times in 2 weeks. arghhh more than the times i see a doc for the past few years. okay lah, shall stop my grumbles.
Oh yah, something good to share with u all. mayb some of u already knew about it. but The Line actually has a Birthday promo such that you can get a discount of your age on ur birthday. for instance, if u r 23 tis yr, u will get 23% off. u can bring ur mum or dad go n u will hv more than 50% off haaaa if ur parents r over 50 le la. bt must make booking at least 2 weeks in advance for tis!
okay, i tink i may go back again next year on my parent's birthday, haha.
