TT: Hello, Jade! It's so good to talk to you. I had wanted to give you your birthday present a bit early, if you will.
GG: hi rose!
GG: well, i will not object to that!! though i didnt know that you had discovered the scientific mechanisms behind teleportation.........
TT: Oh, no. Don't worry, I'm not about to steal any of your science fiction ideas. :)
TT: I just assumed that, as you have so many presents from your mom already, you would prefer a gift that's more informational in nature!
TT: Would that be alright?
GG: oh!!
GG: well, as long as its not another pony, i really dont mind
GG: so sure! informational presents are good
GG: and thank you for reminding me that i need to get read for the onslaught, mother can be very overbearing with her gifts sometimes
GG: it will probably be more princess tales again, she knows that i hate those......
TT: Should I give you my gift later, then? You sound fairly busy!
GG: no, go ahead! i will save my war-making for later
TT: Alright, then. :)
TT: My friends have told me that you'll have the chance, within the next year, of bringing something back from the dead.
TT: Not now! But eventually, and you'll know when. It'll make sense when you get there, I'm sure of it. You're pretty smart, Jade. :)

GG: but this seems awfully vague, rose......
TT: Hold on! I'm not quite finished.
TT: May I suggest that you pick your dead cat? I know that you've had quite a few pets, but I think that your cat will be important, somehow. If it's not too presumptuous to suggest, I mean. You don't have to! I just have some insider information on the subject. ;)
TT: And out of your two parakeets, three gerbils, and one cat, the last would be the very best choice!
GG: how do you know i had all of those??
TT: Oh, just some friends that told me! It's not a big deal, really.
GG: um.......
GG: okay
GG: you sure are strange sometimes, rose
GG: maybe i told you before though? anyway, how do i know that you are not simply making this up??
TT: Have I ever lied to you before?
GG: well, no.......
TT: Then you'll be fine.
TT: Just trust me. I can't tell you why yet, so you'll just have to trust me instead. I'm 99% certain that nothing can go wrong! You'll make all the right decisions, I'm sure of it. :D

GG: i am glad that you are confident in my decision-making capabilities, though that sounds a little strange for you to say so
