plagiarism
Funny story. I got an email today pointing back to an author on fanfiction.net named gatomon666 who has stolen 5 chapters of Nightmare Symbiosis and posted them as his own.
This is the second time someone from that website has stolen and posted my work there. The first time, I reported it and the moderators were pretty hastey in getting it canned. This time I was informed by a lot of angry reviewers that this guy has stolen several fanfics.
Mine in particular he claims to have "found sitting in his notebook" but then he cut and paste them pretty much wholesale, stopping only to fuck up a lot of my punctuation and mangle a few sentences early on. He didn't even replace my name with his, or think to delete the name of my website "Vanishing Point" from the presentation line. Lol, good stuff.
It's just too bad this is the first time that old story has gotten any attention in awhile. Maybe I should write a new one. eh, I dunno, I mostly just tinker any more, lot of my ideas die in the think-about-it phase anymore.
Anyway I reported him.
I still get emails from people wanting me to continue my Final Fantasy VII novelization. >
