So it seems that this place has affected my Innocence; my Raitei Kaiten only lasted half it's usual duration. It barely blew away any of the gas.
And I thought I was far enough from the poison's effects; but apparently not. At least nothing too horrible happened to me.
Hopefully the inns/hotels won't be overfilled by the evacuees, I still haven't found a place to stay since arriving. I should stop by the hospital to offer help to the staff, and to analyze the poison's effects.Could this have been terrorist activity... or biological warfare?
[OOC: So. After a whole week, Lavi's back. Um. Let's pretend he learned from the Doctor who was with him when he saw the smoke that it was poisonous. So he stayed behind and used his Innocence to conjure up a storm to blow the gas away/dissapate it. Which didn't work because he wasn't far enough from the area and the poison got to him. He fainted from the gas's effects, and is still dizzy but that's about it.]
