Wrist woes...
Ughhh, I am really annoyed. The doctor I saw for my follow up told me that I should wear my brace for two weeks and then remove it. Well, it's been nearly three and I'm still having pain and stiffness.
I wonder if maybe it has been injured more than they thought. I was instructed to go for another follow up if I continued to feel pain, but every website I've been to says tendinitis takes 4-6 weeks to heal.
I'm just sick of not being able to do dishes or do my hair or lean on it to clean the bathroom. I'm also REALLY sick of the fucking brace. It makes me itchy and dry and I can't wash my hand with it on so it smells like sweaty gross.
I know it could be worse, but I'm really irritated.
I'm just hoping there isn't permanent damage.
