Okay, so a couple of days ago Kristi, the lady who lives above us, gave us a workout DVD that has three ten minute workouts on it. One is a full body workout, one is a lower body workout and the last is just ab work.
Now, I fucking hate exercising. I hate sweating, I hate breathing heavily, I hate my big boobs bouncing all over the place...
I decided to suck it up today and just DO IT. So I did.
Holy crap. First of all, it was really difficult, but not in the OMG I CAN'T DO IT kind of way. It was challenging. It was fun.
I sweated, I hurt, I breathed super heavy. And you know what? I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT. Wow.
It was fantastic. I will definitely keep this up, and now I understand what people are talking about when they say workout endorphins are awesome.
I feel so good about myself for starting this. It might not be the perfect workout for me, it might not be ideal, but it's a start and it felt soooo good.
I can't wait until Thursday to do it again. :D
