It's the 1890s. The timeline is (more or less) equivalent to pretty early canon.
The Black Order is a society of Grim Reapers and allies.
Reapers are technically dead. They collect and safeguard souls that, for whatever reason, won't move on by themselves.
Lost souls cause strange events to occur and upset the Balance.
Upset the Balance too much, and the world will be destroyed.
The Noah, also technically dead, would rather like that.
It isn't as much of a war as it is a race.
Character
Miranda Lotto, relatively new Grim Reaper of the Black Order.
Reapers have Scythes, which are like Innocence, except. Well. They're scythes, at least in one form. Hers is basically like Time Record. It normally looks like a clock key.
She wears a uniform (which looks a lot like the third style of Exorcist uniforms) and a long, black, hooded cloak.
Other Stuff
Reapers can sometimes see when someone is going to die. It's called "the countdown". (I'll assume she can't tell unless notified oocly.)
Miranda can walk around invisibly when she wants to, unless your pup can see ghosts and whatnot.
If there is something about your pup that someone supernatural like her might pick up on, do tell!
