Name: Miranda Lotto
Age: 26
Appearance: Often wears her uniform, which is similar to the third style for Exorcists but includes a long, black hooded cloak.
When in doubt, assume her scythe is in normal form.

Age at Death: 25
Manner of Death: Accident (as a result of attempted suicide; see history)

Profession: Grim Reaper (of the Black Order)
Scythe: Time Record
Scythe Form: Green, white, and black. Here is a quick sketch I did of it.
Weapon Form: Looks like the canon Time Record.
..... Ability: Can temporarily reverse time in an area, or prevent time from passing. Pretty much like canon Time Record.
Normal Form: A clock key she keeps on a chain around her neck, a copy of one she once used to wind a clock that was very dear to her.

History

For the most part, her life was unremarkable, except in that she was incredibly unlucky.

One day, another woman died in a carriage accident and became a lost soul. The dead woman caused the same day to repeat indefinitely.

Because of the circumstances of the accident, Miranda felt it was her fault. She also feared she was going crazy once she realized the days were repeating. Her guilt, fear, and feelings of uselessness finally overwhelmed her, and in a moment of utter despair, she tried to kill herself by slitting her wrists.

The attempt failed. She did pass out, and when she came to, she was still woozy. She got up, lost her balance, accidentally hit her head, and died.

She didn't realize she was dead right away, let alone a Reaper. She thought the hit had only knocked her out. It took the arrival of Allen and Lenalee (who had come to collect the lost soul) and a confrontation with Road (who had come to see Allen cause trouble) for her to accept her death among other things and gain the use of her Scythe, Time Record, which also lead to the first time she was ever thanked for helping.

Afterward, she was sent on to the Headquarters of the Black Order, where she gained the basic skills needed to perform her new job. (In theory, anyway. She's still as klutzy as ever, making wielding Time Record in its scythe form problematic.)

At some point, the Noah started hunting the Grand Reapers, and the other Reapers were sent out in groups to find them. Safety in numbers, after all. Miranda wasn't sent out yet, though.

She was given one mission to complete before she would be sent to whatever group could use her at the time. This was supposed to be a very easy collection: just the soul of an old woman who would die the next day. This woman even lived within a day of Headquarters.

Miranda never arrived at her destination.
