Rhys has a lot more patience than I'd have in his place. Gwen just seems to take for granted that he'll be there for her no matter what and that he'll forgive her every time. It wouldn't have taken long to text him, but I don't suppose the thought would even cross her mind.

Yeah, I'm an old cynic, lol!

Yeah....
I keep trying to write fluff for Gwen and Rhys, but it always comes out a bit angsty because I can't help but empathise with poor old Rhys!

I find it just about impossible too, because Gwen always strikes me as thoughtless, caring more about herself and her job than about her husband. I find it hard to write Gwen in a positive light when I just don't see any positive character traits in her. *sigh* She's the hardest of the lot to write because I find myself struggling to make her likeable.
