REM!

last night's concert blew me out of the water. every band was amazing, it was sad that the national and modest mouse's set lists were so short but I mean... I've already seen the national, and I'm pretty sure I've heard all of their songs live now. and they are quite fantastic. however, after seeing modest mouse live I honestly don't think I would go to see just them. they did play "paper thin walls" though and that is one of my favorite songs by them so I kind of had a mild heart attack. I really like them a lot and they were amazing live, but I liked them as a opener better, especially when the headliner was REM... omg. I always liked REM but now after seeing them.. wow. what a great show. and full of surprises too! apparently Pearl Jam is playing in Camden this weekend so of course EDDIE VEDDER comes out during the encore to play with the band. shiiiiiiiit.

here's the REM list... still trying to find the complete set list for the two openers:
These Days
Living well is the best revenge
What's the frequency Kenneth?
Wolves Lower
Man Size Wreath
Turn you Inside Out
Imitation of Life
Staring Down the Barrel (new song premiere)
Ignoreland
Bad Day
Hollow Man
Great Beyond- they haven't played this song live in forevers
Houston
Electrolite
Walk Unafraid
One I Love
Find the River
Let Me In
Departure
Life and How to Live it
Orange Crush
I'm Gonna DJ

Encore:
Supernatural Superserious
