Darn it
I got an email claiming I'd won $250,000 pounds in an online UK Lottery. For zero point seven seconds I was making plans to go buy a cottage in Scotland. I knew it was spam, but still, nice to fantasize briefly. Then return to paying my bills. Ugh.
Still have a lot to do to get ready for my trip, and finish up some work before I go (which I was going to do today and really don't want to) But I am managing to get my laundry done and sort of begin packing. I got my toenails painted red yesterday, so at least I'm sort of ready for the hot, hot sandal weather of FL. Hopefully the air conditioning will be working properly.
I'm going to be staying at my Mom's and she doesn't have anything remotely resembling an internet connection. Part of me wants to buy a temporary dial-up and take my computer with, but the other part of me kind of wants to get unplugged for a while. I can't decide. Plus it's such a hassle to take my computer through airport security.
BSG? How much do I LOVE you. Friday's episode went exactly the way I was hoping the plot would progress. I'd say more, but too lazy to do a cut for spoilers.
