It appears when we arrive in this city, we're all implanted with a chip - for many people, it does nothing. But there are quite a few in Discedo with special abilities. For those people, all their abilities are blocked.

Of course, it's possible to have it removed~ Anyone who does that will be sick for a short period of time... Though it seems in recent weeks, the effects of the removal are making people far more sick than they usually do.
