You already know that I love this. And I was so surprised this was what you were typing yesterday! I'd expected porn battle entries. ;) But I love it, I really do. It's the explanation for what happened back in the lounge while we got to see patients.

Really great fic! This moment in the series was interesting--we're left wondering how Howard ever convinced Eve to put that much money on the line, why she trusted him so much, etc. I think you do a really nice job of exploring that--how her brain sort of shuts off when Howard's pleading with her, and how maybe she had more motivation to go in on the deal than just turning around a profit. Mostly, I like how she wants him so much but is hesitant...oh, the UST!

I'm adoring this Eve/Howard comm!

Wow! I love E/R fic, and that was just brilliant! I love how you go back to the kiss in the ear thing, she should so do that. I really enjoyed reading this, and I think you captured the voice of Eve very well.
