It was another one of those moments: those moments where Joshua was reminded just how popular he really was, just how easily seduction (see also: flamboyantly throwing himself at pretty women) came to him, and over all, he remembered just how much he loved money.
The foyer was spread with tables full of food, appetizers and finger foods and punch bowls that were already undoubtedly spiked with something, even though only half the room was thrumming with people. That wouldn't be for long, he knew: these were the early arrivals. Teenagers from age 15 to people who were graduating the law school Joshua was attending filled the room, draping themselves over furniture and dancing to the loud stereo or meandering outside, near the pool, in skimpy bathing suits or even skimpier undergarments.
Joshua was happy.
Especially happy, as he leaned heavily against the back of his bestest best friend and blew a raspberry in his ear. "The bright colors suit you - definitely seasonal, Lo~"
