Catcher.
J.D. Salinger passed away 2 days ago, aged 91. Queer feeling. I have 2 books of his sitting on my shelves, Zooey and Catcher but i haven't read it.. He died of natural causes. Does that include illnesses(the long-plaguing sort) or did he just didn't wake up from sleep. I want to die young. A thought that's been brewing from late last year. Before i wither, sag, age, dying at your peak seems to be.. Grand. Like fireworks. Short-lived, but vibrant and breath-taking. Maybe i should feed my tuition kids more metaphorical stuff.
