Seifer's beginning to get antsy waiting for the others. He's spending a lot of his time in the training facility for secret rendezvous with Ultimecia when he isn't helping the people of Wutai alongside Rinoa or Quistis. The three of them haven't been spending every waking moment together, obviously, and things are becoming a little more tense as the arrival of the others draws nearer.
