Once Mjrn's worry of Vaan had been eased by seeing him in person, she decided it was best to turn her attention elsewhere. The brothers deserved a chance to continue their reunion without her presence; delighted as she was to see Vaan again, Mjrn knew there would be other chances to speak with him. To linger more than she had would be to intrude on what should be a family gathering, and she had no intention of invading their privacy thus.
Speaking of family...Mjrn had her own to attend. The original reason for her journey to Treno had not been forgotten, and she did not want Jote to become more impatient by postponing their visit. The ill-fated conversation with Rinoa lingered in her mind, and she suspected it had with Jote as well. Their interaction, already awkward enough due to certain circumstances, could not be helped by this. Even so, Mjrn would do her best to ignore now, for the sake of gaining information.
Doctor Tot's house was not difficult to find; Mjrn had been guided there by Arc before, after all. She half-wondered if he was here now...but if not, she hoped that at least the scholar would be within. A moment's pause, and then she knocked on the door, loud enough to be heard but hopefully not too loud.
