The warrior let Relm hide beneath his cloak without comment. It had gotten worse things on it than simply dried paint. And Relm seemed to need it, for all her previous bravado. Beside, getting her to stop would be an effort he wasn't sure he wanted to put in at the moment. Traveling through this place had worn down even him, and he was simply hoping now to find the exit.
It seemed that was not to be. Instead, they found themselves on an airship, and from the way Relm reacted, it was something that she recognized. The warrior did his best to look around, and when he did, he saw something that caught his attention- a trio of statues.
"Those-!" he said, taking several steps forward to get a better look at them. "What are they doing here?"
Vanille had been quiet as they traveled, making sure to keep an eye on Relm as best she could. When she suddenly noticed the airship around them, she blinked and moved instinctively closer to Warrior. He seemed the strongest and both she and Relm needed the extra strength.
Relm seemed to recognize something in this place, so Vanille hung back a little, wondering what was going to happen now.
"What's what doing here?" she asked, squinting into the distance, as though she could pick out what he was looking at.

The sound of Kefka's laugh was a difficult one to forget, even if he had only heard it a few times, and none of them recently. As soon as he heard it, he glanced around, looking for the source, but it faded out, and he was nowhere in sight.
Then the airship they were standing on was splintering, and they were all falling, following Relm toward the ground in a way that somehow managed to be controlled, far different from the way that Relm managed to gracelessly avoid a horrible landing.
It was a relief to see Relm return to her feet after that, but her continued reaction was no better, and the tears and screaming were a more violent reaction than they had seen from her yet. He could only watch as she finally dissolved into tears, unsure of what to do.
