Jenova battle! [for everyone interested!]

Yuffie had battled her way through the undead to find the one thing she was looking for - Jenova. It loomed over everything, striking down those that tired to take it out.

The single white rose of Wutai would have nothing of it. She was tired, she was sore, and most of all, she was angry. Her shuriken was immediately launched at the hulking beast.

"What is that?"

Ugh, it was vile. It felt like some kind of concentrated malevolence was blazing from it, some primal intelligence that wanted only to destroy. Or maybe it was just really, really ugly.

Fire had worked well on the other undead monsters around them. Rinoa tried it again, but although the weaker monsters nearby succumbed to the spell, this thing was clearly going to take some beating.

Finding itself attacked, the creature cast Stop at its nearest opponent.

The stainless steel of his blade was already drenched with blood by the time he reached the malevolent entity that loomed nearby. Ramza didn't know what to think of this hideous macabre of putrid might, but he wasn't going to give up. Yuffie's kingdom was in turmoil, and if his blade falters the people here shall be in jeopardy. This was all Ramza could think about. His desire to assist the people of Wutai outnumbered his fears, thus he bravely charged towards Jenova without an ounce of fear.

The fiend tried to halt his approach with a 'Stop' spell, but the swordsman was too nimble to ensnare in that magical spell. Ramza cut his Runeblade through the creature's side, stabbing it quickly before making a hasty retreat. He wanted to keep the Jenova's focus upon him so the others could barrage it with a multitude of attacks.

There was no time to prepare for an onslaught like this. Never enough time to prepare for another one of Gaia's challenges. Marquis Ondore had hoped that the Enkidu would be combat ready before Lufene strikes, but it seems that luck has turned against the weary marquis yet again. Quite agitated with this current state of affairs, Marquis Ondore had to wonder why on earth Lindblum has failed to act in unison with the alliance. Alexandria has lent their aid to Troia, causing their forces dwindle significantly during the onslaught. There was no way that Alexandria could lend their aid to Wutai, therefore the Marquis had to intervene directly

The Princess of Wutai was in the midst of battle, knee-deep in undead foes. While what remaining people fought to push them back, Jenova was the bigger threat. Her shuriken came flying around, and she jumped into the air to catch it. She leaned over, taking in a few much needed deep breaths.

The ninja jumped out of the way of one of Jenova's laser attacks, rolling off to the side and launching her shuriken at the beast once again. She'd really kill for some materia right now.

Rinoa kept her distance, circling the creature as she waited for an opening to make her move. She knew that it would take a more powerful spell to defeat Jenova but she didn't want to accidentally hurt any of her allies. Her chance came when Ramza retreated.

Flare blasted through the ranks of the undead surrounding Jenova before hitting its true target. The monster reeled back, clearly hurt, but it wasn't dead yet. This would be a tough battle.
